Grief is not something you should have to walk through alone. It can be a confusing and difficult time when you are grieving, whether it is due to loss of life or post-divorce. Our licensed counselors want to offer hope and comfort to those processing their grief. We provide the following grief-focused therapy:

Adoption/Foster Counseling

The adoption and fostering process is both a sweet and, at times, really hard experience. As your family adjusts to a new addition to your home, whether temporary or permanent, this can bring up unexpected struggles. It may also be difficult for the child to adjust to his or her new home. We provide a variety of adoption and foster-related counseling services to help make this the best experience possible for everyone involved. We specialize in the following areas:

• Parent Coaching
• Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI)
• Family Therapy

Group Therapy

Group therapy is an effective way to receive support and guidance in a safe and confidential environment. Our counseling center offers a range of groups to meet the diverse needs of our clients. For those struggling with family dynamics, our Struggling Family Dynamics group provides a supportive space to process and explore difficult family relationships. Our Grief and Bereavement group is designed to help individuals navigate the complex emotions that come with loss. We also offer a Support for Family of Addicts group, which provides a space for loved ones to share their experiences and find support. Finally, our Stress and Anxiety group is designed to help individuals manage symptoms and develop coping skills. Each of these groups is facilitated by a licensed therapist who provides guidance and support throughout the process.

Grief Therapy: Saturdays 11:30am - 1:00pm
